Re: Field Changes at High Aspen Ranch Clubhouse, 491 High Aspen Drive, Garfield County, Colorado
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is being provided at the request of Form 4:4 Construction Management, Inc. to document changes
made in the field to the approved plans.
1.One two-and-a-half-inch diameter bore hole was drilled in the center of each 2x6 DF exterior bearing wall
stud along wall line “1” in the Pool & Building Mechanical Room. The bore holes are not located within
5/8” of the edge of studs and there are no other holes or notches in these studs. The bore holes as
installed are adequate and do not require any further strengthening of the studs.
2.The 6x6 posts as called out on gridlines 6E and 6F supporting 6.5k and 4.4k respectively have been
replaced with (5) 2x6 LSL studs nailed together with (2) rows of 16d’s @ 10” o.c. from both sides and
2x6 king studs on each side. This change is approved by the EoR.
