ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR 2,500 PSF
ó) PRE ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTTFTCATE SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL
LICENSED SURVEYOR IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY THE
STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS
IN COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S SETBACK AND/OR BUILDING
ENVELOPE REOU IREM ENTS.
8) BASEMENT MECHANTCAL ROOM NOT TO EXCEED 200 SO FT FLOOR AREA
