Code compliance for protection from conuete and/or eorth will be critical to the life of the building. Where any notching / baring / cuts into engineered froming members by owner builder (or sub contractors) during rough-in installation wark, the awner is advised to first verify engineered manufacturer's instructions or seek written approvølfrom Engineer af Record for suclt cuts. Given the shallow crawl space design, access for the building inspector to visuolly inspect as-built conditions is of speciol concern. Please ensure the buitding ínspector has safe, walkable, clear access to all building systems ønd work is not concealed by decking until such time all required field inspections are appraved.
