Good morning,
1. This is correct the current request for permit is to add the new deck and roof over the new deck.
2. A. Thepool isunderreviewwiththeHOA. lthasnotyetbeenapproved. lfthepoolisapproveditisourintentto
apply for a separate permit at that time.
B. This is accurate. A little lighting will be added at front entry way.
3. The new retainíng wall will be built approxímately
8' to the south of the new deck. Thís is to hold the current ground back and if the pool is eventually allowed it will retain
the pool. This wall can be seen on 52.001
Thanks much,

Hello Marcy and Sara and Tai-
Courtesy update to let you know l'm starting work on your plan review and have questíons

2. Sheet 1.2.001. from the lanclscape architect illr.rstrates an outdoor pool and spa at the back of the
pfoperty dnd some step lighting in the presumed front entry deck.
2.a Are the pool aàd spa elements already existing? Or is this intended to be another future
building phase outside the scope of work you want permitted now?
2.b Mayl presr¡'me no new work (beyond electrical and lighting) is planned at the front entry
deck, as there appears to be no structural changes for that area on the drawings?
3. Sara Mickus from"Evolve Structural Design shows on 56.001 (detaíl 2) a foundation retaining
wall. Will there be ány new retaining walls in this current permitfecl phase of constrr,¡ction? lf so,
where?
An email narrative or explanation will suffice; I don't believe my questions will necessitate REVISING and
RESUBMITTING any plan sheets.
Any support you can provide to clarify and confirm work scope and detaíls is greatly appreciated. I
want to correctly mark up plans, and not create confusion for the builder and inspectors.
