One of the sheets from High Country Engineers states Garfield County Plat Note #9 All residences over 3,600 sq ft in size shall have automatic fire sprinklers installed .....etc. The particular plan sheet l'm referencing states: sheets l of 1 Riverbend River Ranch Exemption Survey Plat and title block reads project 2201008 Exception Survey Plat. l'm not readily fínding a recorded copy for the plat in our shared file system and am asking .... lf this is a future application or other draft? ln a nut shell, l'm trying to confirm the fire-sprinkler status and requirement before I stamp the plans and before I call Bill Gavette, Carbondale & Rural Fire Protection District. I don't want to contact the Fire Marshal r/the information referenced is not current. For your awareness, I left a voíce message inquiry with Joe Miller, Structural Engíneer of Record, on the Fire Tire Structural Engineer switchboard. While the architectural cover sheet 40.1- lists Structural Set Directory and sheets S0.1", SL.L, SL.2 and 52.L, I am not finding clear details for how the proposed home roof system will be assembled. 4 Has the Structural Engineer prepared roof framing plan detaíls, and are there separate pages showing the roof framíng plan?
