Apologize for the delay getting back with you. I had an opportunity to visit with Glenn Hartmann, Senior Planner, regarclíng the earlier land use approval r:ondition. Glenn offered some helpful guídance. Based on review of existing 1 plans and the preceding building development - the only item that seems to remain is learning status of contaminated soíls. We did not readíly find that topic addressed in the subsoil study for foundation design project no. I8-7 -692 (October t9,202tl. Could vour províde one of the followine 1. An updoted report or letter from l(umar & Âssociates strting they have visited building site for the new residence and have/o und no contaminated soils in the area where the home wíll be ploced? Could ít be supplemental language or paragraph inserted into the upcoming "open hole report" collected for our records at footing inspection? OR 2. ln your prior reclamation of the subject property, do you have any historic reports prepared by the State Department of Public Health & Environment stating no contaminated soils were observed ot time (or completion) of reclamotion ot the property. OR 3. We're looking for some source of evidence that qualífied entity was on site to verity / confirm no concerns with contaminated soils remain. While I am routed on inspections for a good portion of this week, lwill check my email daily and will do whatever I can to help expedite the remainder of your case review.
