4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)SHALL BE INSPECTED BY
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE
ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
ó) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS
REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY ACTUAL BUILDING HEIGHT.
7) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 1500 PSF
S) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,
9) ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY THAT CHANGES THE BASIC CHARACTER OR
TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO-YEAR FLOODPLAIN
MUST FIRST OBTAIN A FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT THROUGH GARFIELD
COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPT.
