OWTS Permit #: SEPT-7074
May 3, 2022
On April 6, 2022, we visited the site at 491 High Aspen Drive near Glenwood Springs in
Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-
7074. At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line, a new 2,500-
gallon single-compartment septic tank in series with a new 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic
tank, the new effluent line, two distribution boxes, and the two four-row gravelless chamber
beds. The septic tanks and distribution boxes were installed level with access brought to grade.
An effluent filter was present in the outlet tee of the 2,500-gallon septic tank. The chamber beds
were level, and each row consisted of 20 ARC 36 chambers per row for 160 total chambers
(2,400 ft2). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each corner of each bed. In our
opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS
Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required
regarding this permit. Please provide an As-Built drawing of the system, when available, for our
files.
