We have the abilíty to supply water with our water tenders at a fairly high rate and we are rated by ISO for "hauled water". A new 984 sq ft accessory dwelling unit above a 540 sq ft garage and 540 sq ft unfinished unconditioned basement is proposed to be set back roughly 26ftfront the CR 100 streetfrontage (western edge ofthe lot). Set back along the SE corner of Lot 3 is the existing main home built circa l-991. l'm finding quite a bit of historic information from the final plat land use scanned file circa year 2Ot2 or 2013 that speaks to installation of a dry hydrant on lot 3 by time of final plat and other guarantees within a Subdivisíon lmprovements Agreement to make certain ..... (in my layman's terms)---- the fire dept is satísfied before issuing future buílding permits should the developer NOT follow through with all of the improvements lined out in the SIA agreement.
