from adjacent bedrooms in the existing house? NO it actually allows for add¡t¡onal emergency ex¡tsWill it
elimínate or decrease any natural light and ventilation window openings within the existing finished living
spaces? no
2. We understand the exísting home is served by an individual on-site wastewater management treatment system
(septic tank and leachfield), is that still correct? yes
2.a. How many bedrooms are in the existing home design? 3
2.b. How many proposed overalltotal bedrooms when the addition is completed? 3
3. What is the home sites existing site elevation? 6807.74
4. Specific question for ATTN: William Campbell: Using the actual site elevation and attached GarCo residential
design critería for ROOF SNOWLOAD (Pf measured from roof, not ground) and frost depth, what ís the design
snowload pf and planned frost depth for footing / foundation system for the Trulove addition? Roof height is below
7000. ¿10 PSF Frost Depth is adequate ls there anyth¡ng else you need here?

Courtesy update for April and Ross Trulove,
l'm working on your blueprint review for the addition today and have a few questíons (#L-4 below). Feel free to
respond by emaíl OR share this email correspondence with your professional contacts at Z Construction Builders and/or
William Campbell Architect / Engineers. ( Unfortunately, the building permit application form contact information and
email address information is left blank and l'm otherwise unable to reach them.)
Clarification QUESTIONS:
