So I correctly mark up the field copy "redlines" for your project, I have just a few questions: L. Will there be any potable water supply, sewer servÍces, electric power and/or propane fuel type supplied to the structure? 2. Will the proposed structure be insulated? Heated and conditioned? Or "cold storage" low energy type building? 3. What is the íntended use and occupancy of the barn space? 3.a. private use detached garage only accessory to the main resídence? 3.b. private use agricultural building with livestock, farm implements, hay other agricultural storage? 3.c. private use workshop hobby space for current property owners use only? 3.d. lf any plumbing fixtures to be stubbed in / roughed in for future hookup? 3.e. Or other? Please explain. Answers on items L- 3.e. will help me finish the review and put appropriate notes on plans referencing the correct codes. Appreciate your help and owner explanation, thanks! 1 Colleen Wirth
