Hello Colleen,
I just did the calculations and I came up with l-980 Finished SF, and then 300 SF unfinished. I hope that helps. Let me
know if you need anything else.
All the Best,
Allyson Decatur

Subject: Question on basement finish square feet
RE: BLRE -04-22-7492 basement finish proiect - Decatur res¡dence
Hello Allyson,
This is a courtesy ¡¡"rrrru'ao let you know I hope to finish the building code and zoning review for your basement fínish
project at L39 Sunflower Loop ín Cerise Ranch Subdivísion'
f
,m lookíng at sheet s2.1 with theyn =ft scale on the oddo Engineering drawing and am not confident the scale relates
to this size paper rendering.
From the original building permit BLRE-04-20- 6224 file notes it appears the prior plans examiner estimated your fully
unfinished basement square footage at 2,475 sq ft.
Does that sound accurate?
lf so, what is your overall total proposed square footage for basement "finished habitable livíng square feet"?
And what is the estimated overall square footage of the basement to remain as "unfinished space"?
I want to accurately measure thís, so your adjusted buílding valuation and remaining permit fees due is accurate...
Any assistance you can help to clarify is greatly appreciated, I look forward to finishing thís review,
Colleen Wirth
