ln accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Land
Use & Development Code, as amended, the Community Development
Director, Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Land
Use Change Permit, the following activity:

The Land Use Change Permit is hereby conditionally issued based upon the
attached Director's Determination (Exhibit A) and shall be valid only during
compliance with applicable provisions of the Garfield County Land Use &
Development Code, as amended, Building Code, and other regulations of the
Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado.
