INSPECTION.

7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERT|F|CATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE _ INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM
SETBACKS ANDiOR BU I LD I NG ENVELOPE REOU I REM ENTS.
8) ON-S|TE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEATH PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
