A detailed geotechnical evaluation and geologic hazards assessment of any kind was beyond our scope of services. SUMMARY OF RËSULTS Based on the results of our geotechnical field evaluation we made following conclusions and recommendations: The subgrades are adequately compacted to at least 95% of ASTM D1557 equivalent maximum dry density for the exposed subgrades and/or compacted soils. The allowable bearing capacity is at least 2,000 psl for a minimum footing embedment depth of at least 48 inches, provided proper drainage is maintained. It is important to assure that the bottom of footing is placed at least 48 inches below the final finished and compated subgrade. It should be noted that a detailed geotechnical evaluation or detailed geologic hazards evaluation of any kind was beyond our scope of services. lt should also be noted that all our recommendations are valid only if proper drainage and stormwater management as per local city, www, amer¡ca ngeoservÌces, com sma @americangeoservices.com Ph: (888) 276 4027 Fx: (877) 47L 0369 a a county, and state regulations are implemented and maintained throughout the life of the structures. LIMITATIONS Our Scope of Work for this project did not include any geotechnical evaluation, flood hazard evaluation, civil engineering evaluation, or structural evaluation of any kind, or research, testing, or assessment relative to past or present contamination of the site by any source. lf such contamination were present, it is very likely that the exploration and testing conducted for this report would not reveal its existence. lf the Owner is concerned about the potential for such contamination, additional studies should be undertaken. We are available to discuss the scope of such studies with you. No tests were performed to detect the existence of mold or other environmental hazards or the presence or absence of collapsible or expansive soils, as it was beyond Scope of Work. Local regulations regarding land or facility use, on and off-site conditions, or other factors may change over time, and additional work may be required with the passage of time.
