Brett,
Attached are the permit drawings for the improvements on Lot 6. lt's the same structure as before but with
the following changes to the overall site plan:
1. We've incorporated the driveway entry design suggested by the Switzer's landscape architect into our
drawings and eliminated the pond. Both changes are shown on the drawings by Connect One Design
(1.0.03 and 1.4.00).
z. There is also a placeholder for a Guest House and a Pool. We'd submit plans down the road if we
decide to proceed with either.

Attached are the proposed design of the home for Lot 6.
. The 6,535 sq ft home has 5 bedrooms/S.S baths and a 7,295 sq ft garage.
. There is a pond in the center of the activity envelope which Tom Zancanella has been working on along
with our landscape architect/Connect One Design. The lined pond will have aerators to facilitate
movement. Aqua Sierra https.//¡ryWU¿e-qua-sierra.com will assist with the pond management to insure
that the pond will in no way provides a breeding ground for mosquítoes/flies/etc. We would receive
all of the proper water rights and county approvals prior to construction of the pond during this
