We've incorporated the driveway entry design suggested by the Switzer's landscape architect into our drawings and eliminated the pond. Both changes are shown on the drawings by Connect One Design (1.0.03 and 1.4.00). z. There is also a placeholder for a Guest House and a Pool. We'd submit plans down the road if we decide to proceed with either. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. Thank you! The 6,535 sq ft home has 5 bedrooms/S.S baths and a 7,295 sq ft garage. . There is a pond in the center of the activity envelope which Tom Zancanella has been working on along with our landscape architect/Connect One Design. The lined pond will have aerators to facilitate movement.
