Other Permlts. Multlple separate permlts may be requlred: (1) State Electrical Permlt (2) County OWTS Perm¡t,

or a State Wastewater Dlscfiarge Perm¡t.
Vold Permlt. A Bulldlng Permlt becomes null and vold lf the work authorlzed ls not commenced wlthln 180 days
of the date of lssuance and lf work is suspended or abandoned for a perlod of 180 days after commencement.

understand that the Buildlng Dlvlsion accepts the Appl¡catlon, along wlth the plans and speclflcatlons and other
data submltted by me or on my behalf (submltùals), based upon my certlflcaüon as to accuracy. Assumlnt
complcteness of the submtttals and approval of thls Applicatlon, a Bulldlng Permlt will be lssued grsntlng
permlsslon to me, as Ownèr, to sonstruct the structure(s) and facllltles detalled on the submltals revlewed by
the Bü¡ldlng Dlvlslon. ln conslderatlon of the lssuance of the Building Permit, I agree that I and my agents wlll
comply wíth provísions of any federal, state or local law r.egulating the work and the Garfield County Bullding
Code, OWTS regulations and appllcable land use regulatlons {County Regulatlon(s}). lacknowledge that the
Building Permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notice from the County, f the locatioir, construgtlon or use
of the structure(sl and facili¡y(iesl, described above, are not in compllanoe with County Regulatlon{s} or any
other appllcable law.

Division do not constltute an acceptance of responslblllty or llabillty by the County of errors, omlssions or
