We noted soil conditions at the excavated footing subgrade levels, the site conditions matching the descriptions provided in the original geotechnical report. Based on our field inspections, we recommended over-excavation of 2feet and backfilling with non-expansive structural fill in the footing areas along with the placement of a geogrid in accordance with the recommendations given in the original geotechnical report. Subsequently, we performed structural fill compaction evaluation. Based on the results of our inspections/evaluation, we confirmed that over-excavated areas were backfilled with approved structural fill compacted to the equivalent ol95% of ASTM D69B maximum dry density, along with the placement of a geogrid as per the recommendations given in the original geotechnical report. Based on the results of our field inspections/evaluation, we approved the final subgrades prepared for concrete placement, provided all the drainage recommendations are followed throughout the design life of the structures. We appreciate the opportunity to provide the geotechnical services to you Sincerely, Sam Adettiwar, MS, PE, GE, P.Eng, M.ASCE Senior Engineer www.a mmericangeoserv¡ces.com sma @americangeoservices.com Ph: (B8B) 276 4027 Fx: (877',) 47I 0369
