FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. 3,OOO PSF SOIL BEARING.
6) FOR THE pUBLtC RECORD, NEW CONSTRUCTION AND HAY SHED USE SHALL NOT BLOCK
OR OTHERWISE OBSTRUCT ANY REOUIRED EXIT OR MEANS OF EGRESS SERVING THE
INDOOR RIDING ARENA.
7) THE PROPOSED 2,240 SO FT HAY SHED lS ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING',I 3,000 SO FÏ
INDOOR RIDING ARENA. INDOOR ARENA WAS ORIGINALLY PERMITTED UNDER BLCO-4-12-
2462 AS TYPE VB CONSTRUCTION, U OCCUPANCY PRIVATE USE AGRICULTURAL RIDING
ARENA.

TANKS OR LEACH FIELDS.
