ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS; COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) pRE FABRTCATED ROOF IRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME
INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. 1,500 or 3,000 PSF SOIL BEARING per geotech.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERT|FTCATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, lS
REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE _ INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING
ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS.
S) GENERAL CONTRACTOR / MECHANICAL SUB CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE AN
UNOBSTRUCTED PASSAGEWAY NO MORE THAN 20 FEET FROM THE CRAWL SPACE
ACCESS OpENlNc TO MECHANTCAL APPLTANCE(S)AS SPECIFIED lN 2015 INTERNATIONAL
RESTDENTTAL CODE (SECTION M 1 305. 1 .4).
9) CRAWL SPACE NOT TO BECOME HABTTABLE SPACE. ANY FUTURE CONVERSION OF
CRAWL TO FINISHED BASEMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO NEW BUILDING PERMIT AND LAND
USE APPLICATION APPROVALS; ANY FUTURE CHANGES THAT EXPAND THE OVERALL
BUILDING FIRE AREA OVER ó,200 SOUARE FEET MAY CAUSE THE EXISTING BUILDING AND
ADDITION TO BE FULLY FIRE SPRINKLERED. CURRENT AND FUTURE OWNERS TO BE
ADVISED ON THE CRAWL SPACE FUNCTION AND NON-HABITABLE LIMIÏS.
