Thank you for submitting proposed building elevations, floor plans, exþtìor material information
and colors for review by the Rapids on the Colorado Homeowners Association.
The HOA board has not reviewed the proposed building's compliance with governmental building
specifications. Garfield County's Community Development Department will consider
specifications of the building during the building permit process. As noted before, Garfield County
will require a soils repoÉ, a foundation design and a septic system designed by an engineer
licensed in the state of Colorado.
Please consider this email as Notice that the proposed building elevations, floor plans, exterior
materials have been reviewed by the Rapids on the Colorado HOA and are considered to be in
compliance with subdivision design guidelines.
