From the architectural notes and fee worksheets, we see finished living space of 7,453 sq ft, garage L,280 sq
ft, and covered patios / decks 1,000 sq ft. Please have the owner / general contractor / selected fire sprinkler
installer contact Carbondale & Rural Fíre Protection District as soon as possible to obtain their plan and
sprinkler permit approvals. I will courtesy cc: Bill so he's in the loop.
