The barn {garage} is being built next to the residential house at the RV park and wíll be used as a garage for vehicles. The
garage is not being used as a commercial use or a place of employment.

Hello Steve,
Courtesy update to let you know l'm working on your barn garage project at 581 CR 241 in New Castle'
When I view some of the historic land use and file records for the L0 acre parcel I do see some reference to Elk
Creek campground and some commercially appraised structures for lodging.
When I view the current application form I note the RESIDENTIAL BOX under TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION has
been checked.
May I reconfirm the 1500 square foot barn is contemplated for PRIVATE USE ONLY, as an accessory structure
to the private SFR residence? And that the garage barn is not contemplated as a place of employment or for
any non-residential commercial uses or occupancies?
Req uest cla rifícation a nd confirmation on the pla nned use of the ba rn ga rage. You r a nswer will determine if I
finish the revíew using the 2015 lnternational Resídential Code OR the 2015 lnternational Building
Code. Answers will also determine which stamps I place on your FIELD COPY.
