When I view the current application form I note the RESIDENTIAL BOX under TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION has been checked. May I reconfirm the 1500 square foot barn is contemplated for PRIVATE USE ONLY, as an accessory structure to the private SFR residence? And that the garage barn is not contemplated as a place of employment or for any non-residential commercial uses or occupancies? Req uest cla rifícation a nd confirmation on the pla nned use of the ba rn ga rage. You r a nswer will determine if I finish the revíew using the 2015 lnternational Resídential Code OR the 2015 lnternational Building Code. Answers will also determine which stamps I place on your FIELD COPY.
