ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR, PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR, 2,500 PSF
ó) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
7) ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTVIry THAT CHANGES THE BASIC CHARACTER OR
TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO-YEAR FLOODPLAIN
MUST FIRST OBTAIN A'FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT'THROUGH GARFIELD
COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPT.
S) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL
INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION,
