No floor plans remitted for preliminary non-structural renovation project. No change in room uses or new projections to building footing /height represented in original submission . tF any unfinished spaces are converted to finished and where other spaces converted to additional bedrooms - Architect must prepare (2) full sets of interior remodel plans for further plans examination and review. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WINDOW REPLACEMENTS shall pertain for the window scope (based upon availability and sourcing of products). Contractor shall include window / door schedule, operative opening sizes, locations, U-factors, egress per R310 where applicable. Contractor shall maintain existing natural light & ventilation per 2015 IRC Section R303 (or shall mechanically ventilation the effected habitable living spaces per code). 1) ALL WORK SHALL COMply W|TH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (r,R.c.)AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (l.E,C.C.) 2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REOUIREMENTS". NUMBER REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
