4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECI|ON AND PRIOR TO ANY
CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR. 3,OOO PSF
6) ALL HtcH STRENGTH BOLTTNG AND FTELD WELDING REOUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR.
PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
7) cËNERALCONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA
OVER THE EXISTING SEPTIC TANK & LEACH FIELD AREA.
B) BUILDING WAS REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO THE MAIN
RESIDENCE, PRESUMED TO BE FOR PRIVATE BARN AND LIVESTOCK USE BY THE PROPERTY
OWNERS. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR UsE, MAY FIRST BE
SUBJECT TO NEW BUILDING APPLICATION AND/OR LAND USE CHANGE PERMITS AND
FULL REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING AND LAND USE CODES IN EFFECT AT
TIME OF FUTURE WORK.
