We enlarged the upstairs bedrooms by a cumulative total of 91- square feet and extended the shed porch an additional <10'on the south side of the home for sun control in the master bedroom. The square footage addition is all upstairs and does not result in a larger or different footprint; and 2. We are showing less of a slope on the finished grade for our lawn area to avoid trucking up to 100 truck trips of excavated material on the subdivision roads.
