PROVIDE GOETECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT FOR THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 1,500 PSF, 6) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION. 7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS. s) AN ELEVATTON SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOFS COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNry'S 2s.FOOT BUILD¡NG HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE. 9) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
