REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNc AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT tS REQUIRED AT FIRST FOOTING INSPECTION. PROVIDE
GOETECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT FOR THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 1,500 PSF,
6) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
s) AN ELEVATTON SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT ROOFS
COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNry'S 2s.FOOT BUILD¡NG HEIGHT LIMIT AS
DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE.
9) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE
ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
