AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,

HAVE REPORT READY FOR THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. SOIL BEARING AND
COMPACTION AS SPECIFIED BY GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER,

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE
ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY.
