Framing plans for each floor level and roof. All beams, columns, joists, rafrers ard trusses
speclfied. Pr+manufac'tured etructures require the engineers stamp, sþnature and date.
Framing /connedion details, braced wall lines, shearwallschedule, location and hold downs.
NOTE: lf any requlred information is missing, delays ln issuíng lhe permit are to be expec'ted. lf
determined by the Building Officlal that additional information is necessery to review the application
and/or plans for compliance, the application may be placed on hold untilthe required information is
provided. Work may not proceed withoutthe issuance of a permit.
The Building Division will collect a Plan Review fee at time of application submittal. The permit fee, as
well as any Road lmpactfees will be collected when the pennit is issued.
The permÍt application must be sþned by the owner or by person having written authority fom the owner
to act as their represenlative,
Bullding cannot be occupied until a Certlficate of Occupancy (CO) is issued. Using the building wlthout a
Co will be consldereden illggal occûpancy and may uã gro'i¡ñ¿s ior vacating the [remises. (ñnaucO
