AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1.500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT,
ó) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS -- IS WHOLLY
CONTAINED WITHIN LOT 39 PROPERTY BOUNDARIES, GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS
FURTHER ADVISED TO TAKE CARE TO ENSURE THE ROOF OVERHANG ON WEST
SITE OF THE GARAGE DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO THE 1O FT SIDE YARD
