I am fínishing the inítial review for Lot 284 and have the following comments and requested corrections1". The proposed home design fo r Lot 284 - includ ing the front covered patio roof system a nd elevated rea r porch projections - do need to beREVISED modestly to comply with 2015 lnternational Residential Code Table R302.L{1} Exterior Walls. Provide L-hour rated ff re-resistancerated assembly details for the exteríor walls where located less than 5 feet to a property line. Provide fire-resistance rated âssêmbly detailsfor projections located greater or equal to 2 feet and less than 5 ft (or supply supplemental details demonstratíng roofs will conform withfootnotes o and b) of the adopted Ta ble R302.1(3.). Be aware projections less tha n 2 ft to property lot lines are prohibíted under thelRC. No portion of the elevated rea r porch projection is allowed within 2 ft of the (rear) (north property lot line for lot 284). Due toproximity to property lot lines on all sides of the home, it is anticipated that some walls and projections will require some amount of fire-resista nce protection.2.
