OWTS Permit #: SEPT‐7541
September 21, 2022
Stig and Dawn,
On June 1, 2022, we visited the residence at 277 JB Court near Glenwood Springs in Garfield
County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT‐7541. At the time
of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new concrete 1,000‐gallon two‐compartment septic
tank with a high‐head pump in the second compartment of the tank, the pump line, the Automatic
Distributing Valve (ADV), and the two zone, four‐row chamber bed Soil Treatment Area (STA). The STA
consists of four rows of 13 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per row (52 chambers total, 624 ft2 total STA).
The new tank and ADV were installed level with access to grade. The ADV was installed at the high point
of the OWTS. The In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County
OWTS Regulations. Please submit an As‐built drawing of the system when available. No further action or
review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
Thank you,
