REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRICAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD, ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR. IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS -- IS WHOLLY
CONTAINED WITHIN LOT 282 PROPERry BOUNDARIES.
ó) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT AND STRUCTURAL FILL COMPACTION REPORT MUST
BE PREPARED BY THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER OF RECORD. 1,500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY,
7) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL FIELD VERIFY PLACEMENT OF STEEL
REINFORCEMENT BARS, ANCHOR BOLTS AND FORMWORK PRIOR TO CONCRETE
SLAB POUR. PROVIDE ENGINEERS SEALED APPROVAL REPORT AT UNDERGROUND
PLUMBING INSPECTION.
8) STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW AND
INSPECTION OF CONCRETE MATT SLAB FOUNDATION, PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
SEALED APPROVAL REPORT (WET STAMPED & SIGNED) PRIOR TO FRAMING
INSPECTION.
9) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
10)EXTER|OR WALLS, OPENINGS AND PROJECTIONS WITHIN s FEET OF THE
PROPERTY LINE MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2015 IRC, TABLE R302.1.
