All houses in this area were sited to maximize theseparation from lot lines, and minimize the amount of fire separation. New site plans will not be generated, but new architectural plans wíll. These willbe done by the end of the week for all lots lrom 279 to 285. Please note, similar to the letter we provided for 283 and the review we went through withBruce Stolbach, all of these houses back up to HOA common area, and per code, are not required to have fire rated assemblies on the rear of the housesAs such, fire rated assemblies will only be on the sides and fronts (where needed).2.
