4) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1,500 P.S.F,
PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FOOTING
INSPECTION.
5) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
ó) COURTESY MESSAGE TO CURRENT/ FUTURE OWNERS: THE DETACHED GARAGE
PLAN IS APPROVED WITH AN NON-HABITABLE STORAGE BASEMENT (INCLUDING
EMERGENCY BASEMENT EGRESS)AND AN OPEN STORAGE LOFT ABOVE. NO
UNDERGROUND OR ROUGH-IN PLUMBING SYSTEMS DEPICTED ON APPROVED
PLAN DRAWINGS. STRUCTURE REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED GARAGE
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, STRUCTURE IS NOTAPPROVED FOR USE AS AN
ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNITATTIME OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, ANY FUTURE
