REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTTONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 3.000 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry, PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT.
ó) pRE-ENctNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) ENTIRETY OF STRUCTURE SHALL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE PLATTED BUILDING
ENVELOPE. AT FOUNDTION INSPECTION PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT
CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
VERIFYING THAT THE STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND
OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNryS BUILDING
ENVELOPE REOUIREM ENTS.
8) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS-BUILT
ROOF'S COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S 25-FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS
DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE.
