ROUGH.IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINALAPPROVAL IS
REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
WILDFIRE N/lTlcATlON REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WItDFIRE MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE
SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 1,500 PSI SOIL BEARING
CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT.
PRE.ENGINEERED ROOFTRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR ATT \4E OF FRAMF
INSPECTION.
DUE TO COMPLEX AND DISPERSED NATURE OF STRUCTURAL DESIGN DETAIL - CONTRACTOR SHALL
BE REOUIRED TO SCHEDULETHE BUILDING FRAMING INSPECTION AS A'STAND ALONE' INSPECTION
TYPE. ALL ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL ROUGH-IN INSPECTIONS SHALL BE PASSED
AND APPROVED PRIOR TO REOUESTING THE FRAMING INSPECTION.
SECOND STORY STORAGE AREA ACCESSED BY TBD LADDER FEATURE IS APPROVED FOR USE AS
NON.HABITABTE STORAG E ON LY.
DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS REOUIRED AT TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION: TOTAL FIRE AREA
OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE EXCEEDS ó,200 SOUARE FEET. IN LIEU OF A FIRE SUPPRESSION
SYSTEM, OWNER REPRESENTATIVE / GENERAL CONTRACTOR AGREES AND SHALL SUPPLY FIRE AREA
SEPARATION WALL DETAILS TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FRAMING INSPECTION.
