At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new concrete 1,250‐gallon two‐compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, the distribution box, and the six gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. At the time of our site visit, the contractor had not installed the inlet tee, the outlet tee, nor the effluent filter in the tank. The contractor submitted photographs at a later date that showed these components installed as required. The trenches were level, with 4‐feet between the trenches. The trenches consisted of 15 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers per trench (90 total chambers, 1,080 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. Please submit an As‐built drawing of the system when available. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
