I see a reference on the worksheet to an 1,803 sq ft crawl space with a separate notat¡on for a 1,803 sq ft unfinished basement. On the architectural plans I see proposed an 1,803 sq ft lower level finished living space and all adjoining bottom level spaces are labeled "crawl space". May I confirm there will be NO unfinished basement space? When I go to calculate your adjusted building permit fee costs -- I want to avoid counting the 1,803 sq ft space2x, once at $Z+.09 I per square foot and a second time as an unfinished basement at 54L.00 per square ft. Clarification on finished basement spaces will also help me correctly redline and stamp the affected plan sheets.
