lssuance of the Certificate of Occupancy
780 H¡dden Valley Drive
Dear Dions,
The County has performed the final inspection on your home, but I cannot issue the Certificate
of Occupancy because it appears an inspection got skipped during the construction of your
home.
The County has no records of the Foundation lnspection; it appears the concrete was poured
without verification that the rebar was installed per plan.
There are some options to gain compliance.¡ lf the contractor/you took pictures, and they are adequate to verify the rebar placement
this could be an option orr lf the architect or engineer did an inspection one of them could provide a letter stating
such orr There are companies that x-ray foundations, your engineer would have to view the x-ray
documents and provide a letter accepting the existing conditions.
Please be advised that living in a home without a Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the
County's adopted Building and Lands Use Codes.
Please follow up and provide the needed documentation so the Certificate of Occupancy can be
issued.
