1) ALL WORK SHALL COMpLy W|TH THE 2015 TNTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (l.R.C.)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (l.E.C.C.)
2) PROPOSED TMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED lN THE
ATTACHED "GARFIELD COU NTY BU I LD ING REOU IREM ENTS". NU M BER REFERENCES
NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) SHOULD AN ALTERATTONS OCCUR TO THE ELECTRIC POWER, LIGHTING OR SERVICE.
ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) MtNtMUM WTNDOW FENESTRATION DETATLS PROVIDED FOR REVIEW lN THE SUBMITTED
DRAWINGS. NEW, MOVED OR ALTERED WINDOWS SHALL FULLY COMPLY WITH 2015
TNTERNATTONAL RESTDENTTAL CODE (lRC), SECTION R310 AND FENESTRATION U FACTOR
oF -0.3s (oR LESS).
5) SMOKE DETECTORS AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS SHALL COMPLYTHROUGHOUT
THE EXISTING HOUSE TO 2015 IRC SECTION R314 AND R315.
ó) DEFERRED FRAMTNG SUBMTTTAL DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PREPARED FOLLOWING
DEMOLITION WORK. PERMIT HOLDER SHALL OBTAIN AND SUPPLY (2) SETS OF PROPOSED
FRAMING DETAILS FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW DURING FRAMING INSPECTION. IF
ANY STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ENCOUNTERED OR ALTERED, IT SHALL BE THE BUILDING
INSPECTOR'S DISCRETION AND PRIVILEGE UPON OBSERVATION OF ON-SITE CONDITIONS
TO REOUIRE WET STAMPED FRAMING DETAILS BYA OUALIFIED COLORADO LICENSED
ENGINEER.
7) FTELD VERIFY CODE COMPLIANCE AT NEW BASEMENT SHOWER FIXTURE.
