NEW, MOVED OR ALTERED WINDOWS SHALL FULLY COMPLY WITH 2015 TNTERNATTONAL RESTDENTTAL CODE (lRC), SECTION R310 AND FENESTRATION U FACTOR oF -0.3s (oR LESS). 5) SMOKE DETECTORS AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS SHALL COMPLYTHROUGHOUT THE EXISTING HOUSE TO 2015 IRC SECTION R314 AND R315. ó) DEFERRED FRAMTNG SUBMTTTAL DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PREPARED FOLLOWING DEMOLITION WORK. PERMIT HOLDER SHALL OBTAIN AND SUPPLY (2) SETS OF PROPOSED FRAMING DETAILS FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW DURING FRAMING INSPECTION.
