AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTION. 1.200 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIW, PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT.
ó) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - ¡S lN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS REOUIREMENTS.
