Main Street, S¡lt, CODear Roaring Fork Sign and Lighting,Thank you for providing the additional information. lt is very helpful to determining the locationsand colors of the signs. This re-submittal covered some of the concerns, please see theadditional comments in RED that still needs addressing. Satisfied comments have beenremoved. As you can see by the attached sign code the existing signs are not in compliance. lf the signswere installed to Code at the time they were installed, then they can be replaced. lf the signswere not installed per code when installed, then the signs are required to meet the current code.I could not find a Sign Permit when the original signs were installed. The burden is on theapplicant and/or owner to prove the signs complied at the time of the original installation. This Sign Permit cannot be issued as proposed unless proof is provided that the existing signscomplied when installed. lf that cannot be provided, please submit drawings that comply with. tþe current code.:.,¡ :108 Eighth Street, Suite 401Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601(970) 945-8212 DIVISION 2.
