Proposed is a new 5050.1 sq ft dwelling unit 2. SITE PLAN and Assessor Records show an existing dwellíng of 2,028 square feet buílt ín 1994 (historic file #5253) on the same lot? Questions: Will the existing home remain? Does the owner plan to demolish the existing home príor to building linal / Certificate of Occupancy for the new proposed residence? That all seems accurate, the existing barn unit will remain as secondary dwelling unit. Clarification on above questions will help determine next steps in permit review 3. General information sharing are "screenshots" from Garfield County LUDC Chapter 15 definitions and our Chapter 3, 3-403 Use Table. Dwelllng Unit, 3-Unit.
