B) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS PERTAIN: NO CLEAR STRUCTURAL DETAIL FOR EXTERIOR ISOLATED FOOTINGS, FOUNDATION PIER/ SONOTUBE / CONCRETE SLAB AT COVERED ENTRY. NO FRAMING DETAILS FOR COVERED ENTRY ROOF AND SUPPORT POSTS. BUILDING CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN STAMPED DETAILS TO HAVE ON SITE FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FUTURE FOOTING AND FRAMING INSPECTIONS.
