BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH Wl LDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. COMPLY WITH DETAILS ON A.1OOD
5) OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 1,500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT
INCLUDING IF ANY COMPACTION REPORTS OR STRUCTURAL FILL.
ó) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR TNSPECTOR AT TrME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE
ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
B) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS PERTAIN: NO CLEAR STRUCTURAL DETAIL FOR EXTERIOR
ISOLATED FOOTINGS, FOUNDATION PIER/ SONOTUBE / CONCRETE SLAB AT
COVERED ENTRY. NO FRAMING DETAILS FOR COVERED ENTRY ROOF AND
SUPPORT POSTS. BUILDING CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN STAMPED DETAILS TO
HAVE ON SITE FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF FUTURE FOOTING AND
FRAMING INSPECTIONS.
