While performing the zoning compliance review, I was able to retrieve from records two recorded plats / maps depicting the allowable area to build. While I am able to view a historic aerial photo of the subject lot on Garfield County's Land Explorer GIS system -- l'm seeing no existing / proposed SITE PLAN OR referenced lot lines with distance in feet from a referenced building envelope in the application. As such, I cannot verifi¡ the proposed covered roof projections will remain inside setbacks and/or the recorded building envelope. Provide (2) copies of an existing / proposed SITE PLAN, showing the existing home along with the proposed new roof projections (include a NORTH ARROW, "scale" or other dimensional references to the attached subdivision lot boundaries / building envelope). Request (2) copies of requested material be submitted to Garfield County Community Development front desk, reference BLRE-02-23-7994 ALLEN additÍon, ATTN: Colleen Wirth Plans Exominer.
