We have inquired and a gentleman has done a site visit. t. Looking at the main and upper level floor plans and directional up and down arrows within the stairwell. I interpret there will be door serving an understair storage space on the main level and no framing partitions and door access to create a separation between the upper level living space and the barn/ storage garage below? ls that correct? Will there be a fire- rated separation and fire-rated door to separate the barn from upstairs living? Pleaseclarif'¡, and provide updated details.2. Will the main level room spaces or upper story living spaces include a washer / dryer? lf so, identify which story level and room space.3. As the building application form check boxes for DRIVEWAY PERMIT and DRIVEWAY EXEMPTION LETTER remain blank.
