Yes, we will have a separation door at the stairwell lower. lt will be a fire rated door. lf fire separation is required in the lower sta¡r storage, please advise to what is required as we are unaware. 2.) Yes, we had planned to have W & D in the structure. We did plan to have them in the lower mud room. 3.) We are aware of the driveway exemption letter. We have inquired and a gentleman has done a site visit. I believe he had said we will need a driveway permit on the entry apron. I willfollow up on that. Looking at the main and upper level floor plans and directional up and down arrows within the stairwell. I interpret there will be door serving an under stair storage space on the maín level and no framing partitions and door access to create a separat¡on between the upper level living space and the barn / storage garage below? ls that correct? Will there be a fire- rated separation and fire-rated door to separate the barn from upstairs living? Please clarify and provide updated details. 2. Will the main level room spaces or upper story living spaces include a washer / dryer? lf so, identify which story leveland room space. 3. As the building application form check boxes for DRIVEWAY PERMIT and DRIVEWAY EXEMPTION LETTER remain blank.
