4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND
DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTTNG TNSPECTION. 2,000 PSF SOrL BEARING
CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT (INCLUDING ANY
FINDINGS REGARDING STRUCTURAL FILL).
¿) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME OF
FRAME INSPECTION.
7) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS) TO BE INSPECTED BY A
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S
FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
8) MAIN LEVEL MUD / ENTRY, MECHANICAL ROOM AND UNDERSTAIR STORAGE SPACES ARE
OPEN TO, OR, ACCESSSED DIRECTLY OFF OF THE GARAGE / STORAGE U OCCPANCY --
AND THEREFORE CURRENTLY CLASSIFIED AS PART OF THE GARAGE OCCUPANCY.
GARAGE SPACE(S) SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE RESIDENCE PURSUANT TO (2015 IRC)
TABLE R302.ó. ANY APPLIANCES INSTALLED IN THESE SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH

9) BUILDING STRUCTURE REVIEWED WITH PRIVATE USE GARAGE / STORAGE / AGRICULTURAL
STALL OCCUPANCIES ON MAIN LEVEL AND 970 SO FT DWELLING UNIT ABOVE. FUTURE
CHANGES THAT INCREASE OVERALL RESIDENTIAL SOUARE FOOTAGE OF THE DWELLING
UNIT OR CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY OR USE OF BOTH STORIES, MAY FIRST BE SUBJECT TO
NEW LAND USE AND BUILDING CODE REVIEWS AND/OR A LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT
PRIOR TO COMMENCING FUTURE WORK.
